The Kindle Owners’ Lending Library is a collection of books that Amazon Prime members who own a kindle can borrow once a month, with no due dates. (Yes you will need a Kindle Prime subscription!) the last time I looked into it, purchasing and downloading books via whispernet was not available in Canada (Newfoundland). The solution at the time was to purchase and download the ebook via the PC app and then sync it to the Kindle. Do you know if this is an option with borrowed books?
I don’t know how this works for Canada to be honest.
