As stated a couple of comments above your comment, Amazon charges extra when you download it from the US when you are located in EMEA. We cannot control / manage that unfortunately.
The price is $ 4.99 + what amazon charges. But even if it is 8 dollars, that is less than a beer in Denmark, still dirt cheap
