About VMware’s TS Cloud Services Team:
As part of VMware’s strategic vCloud initiative, VMware is developing a new Cloud Services team that is 100% focused on deploying VMware-based “clouds” for our large customers. The Cloud Services team is organized centrally within the WW Technical Services Organization and brings specialized consulting expertise to support the worldwide VMware field PSO team as they help customers implement VMware-based clouds.

How do alot of these jobs work? I think there is alot of great opportunity there but do you have to live in the San Fran. area?
My hope is that the new, new, new(?) VAC program takes into account that there partners skilled enough to help bear the load if VMware is ready to share.
Doug, all this work isn’t even done by “regular PSO consultants” at the moment. It is all Cloud Practice for now. Will take a while before it moves down I guess…
