		<description>VMware has done a great job with this tool.  Especially the ability to convert Linux machines to VM&#039;s and the re-sync option.  I perform a lot of P2V&#039;s for clients. If ONLY I could schedule the re-sync to run when I want it to.  Then I could copy the majority of the massive data during the day then on a scheduled downtime window allow the re-sync to process.
