Especially the ability to convert Linux machines to VM's and the re-sync option. I perform a lot of P2V's for clients. If ONLY I could schedule the re-sync to run when I want it to. Then I could copy the majority of the massive data during the day then on a scheduled downtime window allow the re-sync to process. Thanks for keeping us informed!!!!!
